Cognifex Cyphon
Cognifex Cyphon is the second Warcaster for the Cephalyx:
He is certainly a different beast from Exulon Thexus, much more tankie and buffs his Monstrosities to 11. Onslaught is an awesome spell for the contract, mitigating their major weakness in a lack of pathfinder for the Drudges and Monstrosities!

Exulon Thexus Spoiler Stats
A whole splash of spoilers from the latest No Quarter mag has been posted online:

Mercenary - This model will work for Cryx
Selective - This model can include only mercenary contract armies that list cephalyx as possible members
Aggressive Reaction - While one or more enemy models are in this models command range, models in this model's battlegroup can run or charge without spending focus
Sac Pawn [Monstrosity]
Spell Driver - When this model casts a spell, it can channel the spell through another model in its battlegroup that is in its control area. Once a spell is cast this way, the model it was channeled through suffers d3+1 damage points

Feat: Telekinetic Tide
Push each enemy non-warlock, non-warcaster model currently in Thexus' control area 2" in any direction

Exulon Thexus
Exulon Thexus is the first Warcaster for the Cephalyx Mercenary Pact:
Plenty of shots of the new model were shown in the spoilers vid and he looks awesome! Properly full of threat and menace haha.
These next two slides show all that is known about Exulon's stats and abilities. A fair amount can be inferred from even this limited info: Arc Node as a field marshall ability perhaps, telekinesis is known but influence is widely believed to be another spell! The Feat sounds very interesting... my take on it is that its telekinesis but affecting all enemies in his control area haha
